Cleveland County Finance DepartmentHomepageThe Finance Department has the responsibility of recording, reporting, and planning the financial activities of the County and verifying that all financial transactions are conducted and recorded in accordance with the County budget ordinance, County policies, generally accepted accounting principles, guidelines provided by regulatory agencies, and other applicable laws. Our offices are located on the top floor of the County Administrative Building, alongside the Commissioners' chambers and the County Manager's offices. The Finance Department employs ten full-time employees.
